Råd & Rykte is a new agency built around one core idea: most leadership teams need regular access to strategic communications expertise, but not necessarily another permanent role on the payroll. So I offer the function without the employment contract — as a permanent advisor to CEO and leadership, as reinforcement for a communications or marketing department, or as project support during intense periods.

For now I'm the only person in the company. That means a short path from advisor to decision, and a short path from strategy to execution. The plan is to grow as workload allows — first with partners on photography, design and analysis, and then with more permanent resources.

Behind the agency lies 25 years in Norwegian fintech and payments infrastructure, close to some of Norway's most prominent business leaders. I'm the strategist behind the campaign that turned "tæpping" (tapping) into a household word in Norway, and I've written close to 50 op-eds and commentaries on behalf of leaders in Norway and abroad.

I work in both Norwegian and English — and I know what it takes for an international brand to land well in the Norwegian market.
